We strongly suggest our customers read the following information thoroughly prior submitting an order! 

All merchandise comes with a standard 14 days manufacturer warranty against defects in material and workmanship from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified. Merchandise noted as "close out" items are sold as is and have no warranty. Manufacturer warranty applies to purchased items itself only and does not cover labor or shipping costs to the customer.It does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage or loss caused by improper use, shipping, or storage.

This warranty covers factory defects and defaults only. We do not cover misuse or caused by the user or by any other event.

Remember Warranty is effective only if: 

(1) The product is used under normal conditions for its intended purpose;

 Return Policy

At Marshal Imports, we strive our best to make sure that all of our customers are happy with the products purchased from us. If a customer is not satisfied with a purchase from Marshal Imports Store, we will, under most circumstances, allow the customer to return the product for a refund. 

We do not cancel orders prior to shipment. Our goal is to ship orders as soon as possible, so we have set up our system to automatically process your order as quickly as possible. For that reason, once an order has been submitted, it cannot be canceled.  If an error is made, the customer will need to accept the package and request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) to return the package for a refund. In this circumstances, you cannot cancel your order if your order was processed or  shipped already,  your shipping  and return cost  will not be refunded. You, by requesting a cancellation, are acknowledging you understand and accept this. Customers must not refuse any delivery. If an order is refused at the time of delivery it may become ineligible for a refund. Orders refused at delivery will be assessed all of the applicable fees including our shipping costs in both directions and a 30% restocking fee. Customers need to request an RMA prior to returning an item. All actual shipping cost for original shipping and returning should not be refunded, even under free shipping or  listing shipping cost less than real or actual shipping cost.  This can be done by emailing The customer's name, the order number and the reason for return will need to be included in the email. We will review the request and respond with the RMA. The customer is then responsible for returning the item back to us within 14 days  after delivery with the following exceptions:


some items with open packaging or labels and tags that have been removed,  like jewelry and watches are not eligible for return or the refund will be deducted by 30%;  Delivery, 2 ways' shipping cost and labor and/or installation fees cannot be refunded;  Damage Reporting Requirement For Delivered Items: You must report any visible damage to delivered items within 72 hours of delivery to be eligible for a refund or exchange.   If delivered items with visible damage are not reported within this time frame, the refund or exchange will not be accepted.  To report damages and obtain the required claim number, call 626-271-2718;   If without the RMA number on it or if no RMA number authorized or issued , a restocking fee of 50% may be applied and the refund may be voided. We do not issue prepaid return labels.

All returns must be in their original carton with all packing material intact. All returns must be sent freight prepaid by the customer and insured. If any ordered item is damaged in transit or does not arrive to the customer an exchange will be made or a refund will be issued. Replacement products will only be exchanged and are not eligible for a refund. Customer's must receive an RMA prior to returning any damaged or defective items. Customers will need to fully inspect all deliveries before signing for them even if they do not plan on opening the package right away and call us within 72  hours of receipt of the item to let us know about shipping damage in order to receive a refund. Any visible damage such as a torn or crushed box, or any other issue needs to be noted. Any pictures provided by the customer would be helpful as well. If concealed damage is found, the customer should save the carton and original packaging material. Our customer service department will need to be contacted immediately at or 626-271-2718.


Most items ordered from Marshal Imports are shipped via USPS within 3 business days. If there is an unexpected delay or if any item is on back order, we will notify the customer via email.

 We highly value customers' complete satisfaction. Within 14 days after delivery, if you decide to return your ordered items for any reason, just give our customer service department a call or shoot an email and we may refund your money or send you a replacement based on our return policy as follows:

1. Firstly obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) from our Customer Service Department. Any Items returned without an RMA number will not be accepted. A copy of your original invoice must be included in a return shipment.

2. Customers are responsible for returning the merchandise at their own expense.

3. Freight collect and COD packages will not be accepted.

4. Items must be returned in its original packaging within 3 days in new and re-sellable condition after delivery.

5. This return policy does not apply to any alterations, modifications, abuse, negligence, and accidents or have not received proper protection and maintenance.

6. All packaging materials must be returned. Any missing parts,missing tag, tag broken or any damages will be deducted from your refund amount. We do not accept any return of used one, it should be brand new, never used.

7. If approved to return, 30% restocking fee may be applied upon you.

8. In order to keep you completely satisfied and maintain rock bottom prices, our shipping expenses are neither refundable nor reimbursed for any reason. This includes all freight charges: the first shipment and return shipment . Original freight expense will be deducted from your refund. For free shipping items, the first shipment is the actual shipping cost that we pay to the shipping company to deliver your merchandise.

 Shipping charges (back and forth, 2 ways) are non- refundable, non-reimbursable & non-credited back. Please notify us immediately if damaged in shipping so we can help you to take proper steps to replace the damaged or loss and claim with the shipping carrier for damage compensation. .

Cancellation Policy 
 Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled and shipment cannot be stopped. If you choose to cancel your order once it has been processed or shipped, you will be charged for return shipping (if necessary) and a 30% cancellation/restocking fee. Shipping charge cannot be refunded. You must email us to get confirmation of cancellation.
